Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations, handling inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability.
- Interact with guests via phone, email, and in-person, addressing reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
- Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless process and attending to special requests or concerns.
- Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous and welcoming demeanor.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and various travel products and services.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences.
- Must be 18 years or older.
