SharpContra is seeking a motivated and skilled Communications Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham, AL. The Communications Coordinator will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience.
This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with SharpContra’s goals and objectives.
- Create and distribute content across various platforms, including social media, email, and the company website.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Manage public relations activities, including press releases and media inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain and update the company’s communication materials, including brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
- Support event planning and coordination, including corporate events and product launches.
- Assist in crisis communication and reputation management efforts.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a communications or public relations role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with media relations and event planning is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
