Schedule & Compensation
- PRN / Per Diem
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 8am - 2 : 30pm
- $20.00 / hour
Job Description
- Receives and follows maintenance schedule / instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
- Performs general maintenance tasks.
- Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
- Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste / trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
- Assists with snow removal and light groundskeeping work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license, required.
