Schedule & Compensation

• PRN / Per Diem
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• 8am - 2 : 30pm
• $20.00 / hour

Job Description

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule / instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste / trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
• Assists with snow removal and light groundskeeping work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
• 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license, required.
