Join Bush & Bush Law Group as a Pre-Litigation Attorney . This in-person / hybrid role is based in Irving, Texas. This position focuses on managing cases before they enter the litigation phase to ensure clients receive excellent care and attention.
Compensation : DOE. Base pay range provided : $110,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr
Position Overview
As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will work closely with clients and the litigation team to evaluate and develop cases, perform thorough investigations, and negotiate settlements. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and a desire to help clients achieve justice.

Key Responsibilities
- Case Evaluation : Review and assess potential personal injury claims to determine merit and develop case strategies
- Client Interaction : Communicate effectively with clients to gather relevant information, provide updates, and explain legal processes
- Investigation : Conduct thorough investigations of claims, including obtaining medical records, accident reports, and witness statements
- Settlement Negotiation : Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing parties to secure favorable settlements for clients
- Documentation : Prepare and review necessary documents, including demand letters and settlement proposals, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Collaboration : Work closely with the litigation team to ensure smooth transitions of cases to the litigation phase when necessary
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations throughout all interactions and processes
Qualifications
Education : Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolLicensing : Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, with a strong understanding of personal injury lawExperience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on motor vehicle accident (MVA) and commercial vehicle accident (CVA) cases; pre-litigation experience preferredSkills : Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approachResearch : Strong legal research skills and attention to detail in facts and documentationTeam Player : Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff in a fast-paced environmentOrganizational : Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple casesBenefits
