Salary Range : $30 hr - $40 hr

Our Service Technician III / Golf Technician is responsible for the following :
- Assembles and services all types of equipment, established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products, and other merchandise offered for sale by the dealership.
- Performs pre-delivery inspection on all types of equipment and other merchandise offered for sale by the dealership.
- Coordinates with the Service Manager or Service Writer to establish and implement effective processes for all Turf services offered through dealership-specific service programs.
- Performs basic and complex diagnostics independently and solves basic and complex technical issues.
- Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required to develop skills and knowledge.
- Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments.
- Uses own tools.
- Participation in on-call program.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge :
- 3 6 years of experience (or equivalent) performing service repairs.
- Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-delivery and set-up processes.
- Ability to assemble machinery components and to follow manufacturer’s pre-delivery instructions.
- Ability to maintain labor performance and billable hours according to Service Leaders.
