What we're looking for in an Assistant General Manager :

• Who has a servant's heart, as our guests are our #1 priority.
• Helps general manager and team to increase business sales and net profit to meet the annual budget while attaining the mission.
• Ensures accurate preparation of weekly operations report based on the daily summary report.
• Ensures completion and daily follow-up of weekly schedule and daily deployment based on budget forecasts to meet system labor percentages.
• Maintains controllable costs based on system averages.
• Ensures the completion and documentation of food temperatures and product rotation as described in the Quality Control / Safe Food Checklist and Product Rotation Report.
• Ensures product quality and portion control to meet system standards.
• Develops the management skills of the management team.
• Coaches and mentors all team members providing incidence documentation as necessary.
• Evaluates management performance annually and supervises bi-annual team member performance appraisals.
• Ensures policies are enforced consistently for each team member.
• Consistently maintains excellence in guest relations including prompt follow up on guest comment cards.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED :

• Minimum of 5 consecutive years' experience as AGM or GM.
• Minimum of 10+ consecutive years in QSR, Fast Casual or Casual Dining in a management role.
• Currently working as a GM or AGM in a high volume QSR, Fast Casual or Casual Dining brand (3.5MM+) for a minimum of 2+ consecutive years.
• Managed a staff of over 40 team members.
• Has excellent business acumen skill set. Ability to read and explain PLs, control labor, Invoice reconciliation, Strong food cost and inventory control, accurate in inventory management, Make the hard yet right decisions etc
• Ability to learn quickly and self-motivated in self-development.
• No more that 2 employers in the past 5 years.

COMPENSATION : Salary is commensurate with person’s qualifications and will reflect present market for a person of similar responsibilities.
