Job Description :
Due to growth and projects our HR Administration team is seeking a motivated associate with strong customer service and transaction management skills to join our team for a contract position for months to help provide surge capacity on a full-time basis with possible extension.
Candidate will be employed by a staffing agency partner.
A frontline team member who processes HR events to support the employee lifecycle from hire through retire for an employee population of approximately , employees in the United States and Canada while ensuring data quality.
This role is open to remote candidates but onsite work at our White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO offices is also an option.
We are willing to fully train on the aspects of our HR lifecycle process but would like a candidate who is well organized with experience managing large amounts of data and is comfortable with working on repetitive tasks.
Position Summary :
The HR Analyst is a frontline team member that, under general supervision, processes HR events to support the employee lifecycle from hire through retire for an employee population of approximately employees in the United States and Canada while ensuring the quality of the company’s employee master data.
Job Duties :
Process a high volume of HR transaction events within the companies HR Technology systems following defined processes and procedures.
Ensure an efficient flow of transactions is maintained and worked is conducted in the most logical way possible. Uses tools such as business process workflows and HR CRM system to follow up with employees, managers, and HR business partners where needed.
Monitors automatic data processing tools to ensure all target systems are up to date.
Maintains adherence to service level agreements with business stakeholders including employees, manager, and HR related to transaction processing.
Flags transactions that are problematic to the appropriate stakeholders and works to achieve prompt resolution of any issues.
Escalates issues to management for resolution as needed.
Coordinate assigned auditing and monitoring of employee master data sets to ensure a high quality and accuracy of employee master data.
Work with stakeholders to address data issues or errors when they are detected.
- Maintains a strong customer service orientation with all stakeholders.

Qualifications :
Preference for candidates with - years of experience supporting high volume transactional processing. Relevant experience may include roles supporting Payroll, HR Shared Services, Employee Transaction Management, Master Data, Accounts Payable / Receivable, Quality Assurance, Customer / Consumer Affairs.
Prior experience with HR and employee data sets very helpful but not required.
Strong attention to detail, ability to rapidly review transactional information for completeness and correct any potential issues within defined guidelines or process.
Self-audits work to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to organize high volume of work in a logical way to ensure the most efficient processing of information and adherence to a service level agreement.
- Strong customer service orientation. Ability and knowledge of how to manage confidential information.
- Strong desktop computer skills, ability to effectively navigate web-based solutions and use MS office suite for routine tasks like email, managing spreadsheets, and word processing.
Basic proficiency in using MS Excel to review and audit large amounts of data required. Ability to manipulate, sort, organize and use basic formulas within MS Excel spreadsheets required.
