As a Digital Marketing Specialist, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the Colleges digital marketing strategies and processes.

Youll work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and execute campaigns that resonate with key audiences, build brand awareness, and drive interest in the Colleges programs and initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include :

Standardizing and implementing content management practice Build robust content management strategy (Dropbox, Google Drive, Adobe, etc.

Implement strategy consistently across platforms through the organization of current content and written processes to ensure long-term storage and maintenance of future content

Improving marketing and communications workflow Create a workflow for marketing and communications within the Colleges digital marketing systems (Salesforce, Pardot, Mogli SMS, Mailchimp) Ensure the workflow is easy to follow year after year throughout the standard phases of the admissions cycle and academic year

Supporting marketing (recruiting) campaigns directly Support the delivery and measurement of digital outreach campaigns (advertising via Salesforce / LinkedIn / etc.

Work with team members and stakeholders to coordinate direct email campaigns to internal and external audiences

Maintaining current digital marketing and communications efforts Ensure regular, efficient update of relevant contact lists Develop and oversee enhanced digital signage usage

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field One to three years of work experience Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

This position is a Grade : 8 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $46,180-$55,420 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
