The Restaurant Manager at Pizza Luc works as a member of the management team to provide excellent and consistent food and service in a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
The Restaurant Manager is a highly visible role and is responsible for maintaining and implementing systems and processes for successful FOH operations, achieving sales and profit targets, hiring, training, and developing their Supervisors and entire FOH team.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
- Report to the General Manager.
- Responsible for managing store operations.
- Responsible for restaurant profitability, staff development, food quality, safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, image management, and understanding of Pizza Lucs culture.
- Supervise, coach, develop, and empower 30+ staff to provide best-in-class delivery and curbside service to guests.
- Understand, implement, and speak with confidence and knowledge about company policies to employees and guests.
- Ability to work late nights and weekends.
- In absence of the General Manager, RM performs all managerial duties.
WHAT YOU OFFER US
- 3+ years of Restaurant Management experience supervising 30+ staff in a high-volume, curbside, pickup and delivery operation.
- Adept at delivering excellence in a fast-paced / demanding business.
- Proven staff management skills including developing strong hourly and supervisory staff to be successful in multiple roles and for advancement within the company.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for creating and maintaining a safe and positive work experience for our staff.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience in full-service dining is strongly preferred.
