The Work :

  • Lead transformation programs tailor-made to our client's challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for business development.
  • Use research and analysis to identify client creation opportunities
  • Shape business solution implementation by defining and supervising business architecture, process design, and development activities.
  • Manage program financials.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to create project deliverables that are on schedule, on budget, and aligned with performance goals.
  • Identify and implement structural organizational changes clients need.

The ideal candidate will be based in Houston or Dallas, and / or be open to relocating to the area.

Here's What You Need :

  • A minimum of 5 years working in upstream exploration and production, preferably from both the operational and management consulting sides. /
  • You're experienced and knowledgeable of the upstream oil and gas value chain, including exploration / G&G, drilling and completion, production operations, field operations, and onshore operations
  • A strong technology acumen, i.e., having worked on a systems integration or implementation within the Upstream Energy industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field

Bonus Points If :

  • You have a few years of experience working with external management consulting to provide upstream solutions to clients in the oil and gas industry
  • You have an MBA.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
