Fullservice engineeringfirm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 yearslooking to add an Energy Audit ProjectManager from the Phoenix area to their team! The person must livein the area but remote work is available.
Responsibilities :
- Assist seniormanagement with project implementation (allphases)
- Collect duration sequence andlead times from contractors and otherpartners
- Create schedule updates withinput from management / directpartners
- Responsible for the distributionof schedule / scheduleupdates
- Lead project (establish structuredirection andapproach)
- Manage assigned supportstaff / subcontractors
- Project Startup responsibilitiesincluding :
o Administerchecklist asdirected
o Read / understandPrimeContract
o Read / understandproject specific documentationrequirements
o Draft guidelinesand standard operating procedures
Assist with ProjectContract Administrationincluding :
o Coordinateadministrativesubmittals
o Generate monthlyapplications for payment asdirected
o Conductcoordinationmeetings
o Work with SeniorManagement for meetingpreparation
o Provide projectscheduleupdates
o Identify / communicateurgentissues
o Notify team ofdelay / additionalcost
o Ensure allrequirements of Prime Contract aremet
o Oversee projectcloseout in a timely manner
SubcontractAdministrationduties
o Ensure insurancecertification are in goodstanding
o Resolvesubcontractor regarding scopes ofwork
o Attend / participatein contractor coordinationmeetings
o Work withConstruction Liaisons regarding contractorperformance
Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree inEngineering Energy Management Environmental Science or relatedfield
- 5 years of experience inconducting energy audits and analyzing energyconsumption
- Experience serving utilityclients / assisting in the delivery of their weatherization energyefficiency programs and energy usagereduction programs.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) orCertified Energy Auditor (CEA)preferred
Salaryis commensurate withexperience.
