About Your Next Opportunity

HTC is hiring a VIVERSE Strategy & Corporate Development Leader to join our global team!

As a key member of the senior leadership team, this role will be instrumental in driving VIVERSE's operational excellence and strategic growth.

Furthermore, this role will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure efficient resource management, and implement strategies that align with VIVERSE's long-term objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in operations management, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and a deep understanding of industry trends and operational best practices are also critical.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Operational Leadership : Lead and oversee the company's daily operations, ensuring they are aligned with the strategic goals and objectives of VIVERSE.

Manages budget status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other company capabilities Drives operational reviews and leads business analysis including revenue, customer, and market analysis.

Support the organization on medium / long-term planning including business potential, resourcing and organizational design.

Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute the company's long-term strategic plan, focusing on operational efficiency and growth.

Leads the development of business and revenue growth plans.

  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and drive innovation across all departments.
  • Resource Management : Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, technology, and capital, to ensure operational initiatives are effectively supported and executed.
  • Performance Management : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with department heads and senior leaders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of company-wide initiatives.
  • Risk Management : Assess and manage operational risks, ensuring that potential challenges are identified and mitigated proactively.
  • Market Expansion : Support the identification and evaluation of new market opportunities and oversee the implementation of strategies for growth.

Evaluates and manages new strategic business opportunities of new products, technologies, services, add-on product opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and / or joint ventures.

Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activities, and identifies customer needs. Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives.

  • Communication & Alignment : Ensure clear and consistent communication of the company's operational strategies and goals to all levels of the organization.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and practices to enhance operational performance.
  • Improves operational excellence through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business.

Builds partnerships with leaders and key cross-functional stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development and partnership management in the SaaS sector.
  • Strong operational and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management, business modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in process improvement, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Visionary leader with a focus on operational excellence and long-term success.
  • Collaborative and able to influence and engage across functions and levels.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of business acumen.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Abilities)

An MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Primary work location is indoors.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 15 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and long periods of detailed work with VR equipment.
  • The employee is regularly required to sit.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands & arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

At the time of posting, HTC's estimated annual base salary for this position is $157,700 - $180,700 USD. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including candidate skills, qualifications, experience, business needs, and geographic location.

This position is also eligible for participation in our discretionary bonus programs.
