What You'll Do

  • Senior Product Manager will be an experience-minded, collaborative, forward-thinking problem solver to lead our eCommerce Marketplace team in order to deliver experiences that positively impact the business and delight our customers.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal business partners to execute on eCommerce Marketplace roadmap initiatives, and will manage all aspects of product development from concept and discovery to launch for Complex.

  • Has a strong data-driven mindset that drives for optimization of the ecommerce funnel.
  • Consistent focus on addressing friction points for users and developing best-in class eCommerce tools while partnering with our developers, designers and business stakeholders to support our Marketplace business.
  • Create, manage, and execute on our ecommerce roadmap, consistently evaluating opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Drive market research and obtain consumer feedback on the ecommerce experience to derive solutions and improvements.
  • Analyze and incorporate feedback from customers and the business to design requirements, features and products.
  • Prioritize problems, raise hypotheses, and choose scalable solutions to address business opportunities against the company's vision and strategy.
  • Move fast and shift constantly; measure results, then iterate based on learnings.
  • Lead discussions and guide the business throughout a structured decision-making process.
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.

Who you are

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Previous experience working on an ecommerce product, with Shopify experience as a big plus.
  • Previous experience working on a Marketplace.
  • Must have strong experience leading the delivery of new product features through all key phases, including : discovery, prototypes, iterating, launching and measurement with clear business impact.
  • Experience with agile development and tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
  • A track record of evaluating product initiatives via both qualitative logic and quantitative assessment, specifically in the ecommerce space.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - An ability to build rapport, good relationships and trust with stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit based in a passion for learning.
  • Strong communication skills - An ability to communicate clearly with engineering, design and other non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient analytical abilities to draw accurate conclusions from data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Technical competence An ability to discuss API's and services with the engineering team.
  • A strong sense of ownership An ability to work independently and collaborate with other product managers dependencies and impacts.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay is negotiable and will vary based on factors including, but not limited to experience and performance.
