WHO WE NEED :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in data analysis to support our data-driven decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a passion for uncovering insights from complex datasets.

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and support business strategies.

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience with data visualization tools, primarily Power BI.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, primarily Microsoft Fabric.
• Understanding data modeling, data lakes, and distributed data systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with ETL tools and frameworks.
• Experience with Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and automation tasks.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
• Certifications in data analytics or related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics).

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Data Analysis. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
• Reporting. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Data Integration. Collaborate with data engineers and other teams to ensure data quality and integration across multiple sources.
• Data Visualization. Create compelling visualizations to present data insights in an easily understandable manner.
• Data Governance. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all analysis and reporting activities.
• Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and department leaders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that drive business insights.
• Continuous Improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
