Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive security awareness training programs for all employeesCreate engaging training materials and conduct regular training sessionsMonitor and measure the effectiveness of security training programs and provide reports to senior managementRequired QualificationsMinimum of three (3) years of experience in cybersecurity awareness training rolesExperience with Workday Learning and other learning management systems (LMS) is highly preferredStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practicesProficiency in Google Workspace and relevant training development tools, including Adobe CaptivateFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as NIST and ISO
