Key Responsibilities

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational continuity of manufacturing operations processes, so your responsibilities will include :

• Oversee the implementation of comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (Pd.M.)
• Direct the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading critical production equipment, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.
• Manage the maintenance work order system, prioritizing tasks based on production needs, safety concerns, and operational urgency.
• Oversee the management of spare parts inventory, tools, and critical maintenance supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support planned and emergency repairs
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, including Lockout / Tagout (LOTO), OSHA standards, and company-specific safety policies.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs, services, and procurement, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions for operational needs.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to maintenance technicians, including mechanics, electricians, and other technical staff.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including equipment inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.

Qualifications and Competencies for Success

What will make you successful in this role :

• Associate’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in a maintenance leadership role may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, refrigeration, high-pressure boilers, compressed air, mechanical and electrical fields.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Good planning and priority-setting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• May be required to work long hours and weekends.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly desirable).
