is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the implementation of project goals as directed by the project managers.

This role involves overseeing project goals, creating and delivering reports, analyzing data from project execution, and performing additional duties as determined by project managers.

We offer prevailing and competitive private wage positions, and there is always room for professional growth.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Project Manager Support : Assist project managers and Superintendents in achieving project goals.

  • Quantity Take-Off : Perform accurate quantity take-offs for materials and labor.-Cost and Schedule Control : Monitor and control project costs and schedules.
  • Project Data Management : Manage documentation and control systems, including site records, change orders, as-built drawings, QA / QC documentation, submittals, RFIs, and tracking controls.
  • Reporting and Quality Control : Prepare and deliver reports on project progress and quality control.-Site Safety and Subcontractor Performance : Maintain site safety records and monitor subcontractor performance.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications : : -Education : A graduate of a Civil, CEM, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering or Technology program.

Experience : 1 to 3 years of experience preferred, summer / intern experience would be an asset. McCormack Construction Co.

will provide you with a variety of experiences and continued training.Desired Skills : -Solid understanding of all construction trades and techniques.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and field drawings.-Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Strong planning, leadership, and team-building skills.-Ability to make timely and rational decisions under pressure.-Good labor relations and contract administration skills.
  • Construction Software experience (email, word processing, spreadsheet, ProCore, BlueBeam, etc.).-Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
