Job Description : As an Entry Level Sales Assistant at Messa Sync, you will support the sales team in achieving their targets by assisting with various administrative and customer service tasks.
Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Support the sales team in organizing and executing sales events and promotions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
