My client is a construction firm that specializes in multifamily / mixed use and hotel work. They have a decades-long track record of excellence in this space and are currently in a phase of sustainable growth.
- Majority of work in the multifamily space, with projects in hotel and commercial sectors as well
- Both ground up and renovation work
- $300m a year + in annual revenue
- Have built over 5,000 units in the state of Wisconsin
Job Description
- Project Planning and Scheduling : Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
- Budget Management : Prepare and oversee project budgets, negotiate contracts.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
- Quality Control : Ensure adherence to construction standards and specifications.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Safety : Maintain safety standards and protocols on site.
- Client Communication : Serve as main contact for clients, provide progress updates.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years construction experience
- Multifamily construction experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to be client facing
- College degree in construction related field is a plus!
- Knowledge of relevant construction softwares
- Knowledge of all safety guidelines and regulations
- Passion for construction
