Audio Visual Specialist

The Conference & Media Technology Specialist must have a high school diploma. At least 1 year of relevant experience and solid Windows 10 desktop experience is required.

Must be familiar with modern conferencing platforms including but not limited to : WebEx, Zoom, Team platforms, and how to best utilize the platforms and scheduling toolsets.

The Conference & Media Technology Specialist must possess strong communication skills and be able to work with the internal team and external parties.

They must be able to convey information and knowledge in an effective way for non-tech users. An ability to balance multiple requests and maintaining the highest level of client service is essential.

Support conference room technology. This could be managing the tech for internal meetings, external facing meetings, etc.

What are the absolute required skills?

Additionally, the focuses of the position are on the Audio Visual knowledge including running the platforms and "assisting" with possible hardware technical issues (cable connections, etc.

and the customer service aspect (i.e. dealing with non-tech people and being able to walk them through their issues). They must be versed in WebEx, Teams and Zoom.

There is some Helpdesk support in this role. This position will help out with some various IT projects.
