Job Details
Responsibilities :
1. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiation processes related to family law matters.
2. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
3. Conduct thorough case analysis and develop case strategies that align with the client’s objectives.
4. Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations under family law.
5. Advocate for the best interests of clients in contentious situations, such as divorce and child custody battles.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation, court precedents, and changes in the legal landscape.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing empathetic and professional legal guidance throughout their case.
8. Collaborate with our legal team to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to each case.
Qualifications :
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a family law attorney.
3. Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
4. Proven courtroom experience with the ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
5. Experience in divorce law, child custody, alimony, and other areas of family law.
6. Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
9. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
