Responsibilities :

  • Organize and supervise daily operations and activities of the customer service team to accomplish individual and company goals
  • Update daily and weekly statistics for individual direct reports
  • Analyze department results and complete team reports
  • Troubleshoot operational problems
  • Analyze escalated problems and provide guidance on best practices and resolutions
  • Serve as point of escalation resolving complex customer issues and ensuring timely follow up and customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • 4+ yrs of experience in a customer service role (call center preferred)
  • 1 yr team lead experience
  • MS Office Proficiency MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
