Responsibilities :
- Organize and supervise daily operations and activities of the customer service team to accomplish individual and company goals
- Update daily and weekly statistics for individual direct reports
- Analyze department results and complete team reports
- Troubleshoot operational problems
- Analyze escalated problems and provide guidance on best practices and resolutions
- Serve as point of escalation resolving complex customer issues and ensuring timely follow up and customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
- 4+ yrs of experience in a customer service role (call center preferred)
- 1 yr team lead experience
- MS Office Proficiency MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
