Title : Audit Director - Architecture, Engineering & Construction

Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute financial audits of clients, including project contracts, financial statements, revenue recognition, and cost controls.
- Review and evaluate internal controls, financial processes, and accounting practices to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service.
- Provide financial and strategic advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions to improve their business.
- Supervise and mentor a team of audit senior managers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and accounting standards, ensuring clients' compliance with them while identifying and assessing financial risks, and offering solutions and recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop the firm's strategic vision, business goals, and financial plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.

Education :
- Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly preferred.
Experience :
- 8 + years of experience in auditing, with a focus on clients.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and financial analysis tools.
- Business development skills and the ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
