Position Summary

The Analyst, Internal IT Audit will be a key member of the IT Internal Audit team and will participate in the execution of internal audits.

This role is responsible for basic auditing tasks including : developing audit objectives, documenting and evaluating critical controls, and implementing audit tests under the supervision of more experienced auditors.

• CVS Health follows a 3-days in office (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities :

Audit Execution :

• Effectively perform and document IT and Digital audit activities in accordance with professional standards and the organization’s audit methodology
• Execute testing and create work paper documentation
• Understand procedures, results and business impacts; and document and express such understanding in both written and verbal form
• Perform detail testing as defined by the test program to define, analyze and validate information
• Create clear and accurate documentation and workflows of technology processes and testing results and exceptions

Audit Team Support :

• Meets administrative reporting requirements and supports department initiatives
• Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and the company code of conduct, and a respect for diversity and inclusion
• Contribute to overall Internal Audit Department team norms to promote a positive environment and improve team effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in IT Audit, Controls Assessment, Control Validation, Risk Assessment, or Risk Consultant role or internship position
• Professional designations such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CGEIT, CCAK, CDPSE, CIA or measured progress in achieving such designations
• Prior experience working in a large corporation and / or in related fields (e.g., Health Insurance, Retail, etc.)
• Experience demonstrating analytical, deductive, problem solving, and critical thinking
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• Solid meeting management and written communication skills

Education

Required Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology & Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$40,600.00 - $89,300.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
