We are seeking a litigation paralegal to become a part of our team at our premier personal injury law firm! You will provide overall support and work closely with our trial attorneys / team. Our office is centrally located in Los Angeles and we will give you opportunities to work remotely when necessary. We offer a fantastic working environment, competitive pay, and room for growth. Some experience in personal injury is required. The applicant also needs to be very tech savvy.

Responsibilities :

• Responding to and propounding written discovery
• Staying organized and updating pre-trial deadlines and documents in our CRM software (Filevine)
• preparing exhibit binders and other pre-trial documents
• Scheduling and summarizing depositions
• Review and summarizing discovery responses
• Preparing meet-and-confer letters.
• Filing various litigation motions (like discovery motions) and preparing oppositions.
• Pre-trial court filings
• Other pre-trial activities

​ Qualifications :

Trial experience as a paralegal would be a huge plus.
