At Recruitz, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technician to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to our mission of providing excellent patient care.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in radiology practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations with precision and care

Prepare and position patients for X-ray procedures

Operate and maintain X-ray equipment

Implement radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff

Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate patient records and procedure documentation

Assist in training new technicians and students

Stay current with advances in X-ray technology and best practices

What We Are Looking For :

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist

ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification

Minimum 2 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician

Proficiency in digital imaging systems and PACS

Strong understanding of radiation safety principles

Excellent patient care and communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications :

AA degree in Radiologic Technology

Additional certifications in other imaging modalities (e.g., CT, MRI)

Experience in a high-volume healthcare setting

Familiarity with electronic health record systems
