We are seeking a Risk Analyst to manage and resolve operational issues ("breakdowns") across our financial operations, ensuring they are handled promptly and efficiently.

This role focuses on mitigating risks and improving processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Event and Issue Management : Handle the entire lifecycle of operational issues, from identifying the problem to implementing solutions, while maintaining compliance with internal processes.

Collaboration : Work closely with teams such as Legal, Compliance, and Financial Operations to understand risks and create strategies for containment and recovery.

Root Cause Analysis : Lead teams through the process of identifying the root cause of breakdowns, ensuring long-term solutions are developed to prevent future issues.

Project Tracking : Track the progress of issues and ensure timely resolution, escalating when deadlines or goals are at risk.

Training & Development : Provide training on how to use internal systems (like Fuse) for managing operational issues and offer guidance on best practices.

Data Analysis : Analyze trends and data to proactively identify potential risks, providing actionable insights to prevent future breakdowns.

Reporting : Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership on risks, trends, and issue resolution, as well as participate in regular risk assessments and audits.

Qualifications :

Basic : High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in process, project, or risk management.

Preferred : 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or financial operations. Expertise in data analysis using tools like spreadsheets and risk management software.

Certifications in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management are a plus.
