Company Overview : Our client is a large construction company specializing in comprehensive HVAC and plumbing construction services.
They are seeking a Sr. Sales HVAC Mechanical Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have commercial HVAC and plumbing estimating experience and a strong background in sales.
What You Will Do :
- Seek out new customer relationships and manage existing relationships with a high level of trust and care.
- Organize and maintain accurate project documentation for easy reference.
- Cultivate positive client relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership, management, operational, and accounting staff to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
What You Need to Join Our Team :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, mechanical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in HVAC / Plumbing service sales.
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Procore and Sage.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
