Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Senior Game Math Engineer is to write custom software that captures and reports on the mathematical properties of games, prepare mathematical documentation for regulators, and perform in depth statistical analysis of game data.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with Company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures. All Company Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times.
Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Code mathematical solutions and test game probability.
Perform in depth statistical analysis of gaming data.
Create documentation for submission to regulators.
Write software that powers through a complete probability space of casino games.
Write software that statistically experiments the probability space of casino games.
Document mathematical methodology used.
Prepare reports for executive stakeholders and government run agencies / regulators.
Perform job duties in a safe manner.
Perform all job responsibilities at a senior level with limited direct supervision.
Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years experience with complex mathematical code and in-depth statistical analysis.
Strong mathematics and analytics background required.
Experience in casino game math or development required.
Experience in the gaming and technical industries required.
Master’s degree in mathematics or computer science preferred.
Preferred experience in an agile environment.
At least 21 years of age.
Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent work experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in spoken and written form.
