The Gary Mercer Team is in search of a talented Manager to run their real estate office and day-to-day operations! This manager is an individual who relishes the opportunity to lead a winning real estate team and is focused on personal and professional growth.
This team player is interested in growing the team through systems, processes, and strategies in an executive leadership role while working side-by-side with the lead agent.
The ideal candidate thrives in taking ownership, loves to learn, and is experienced, with a proven track record of success.
Compensation :
- Base salary : $75,000
- Earning potential up to $100,000 - $125,000
- Bonus potential

Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the real estate office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient business processes.
- Manage administrative staff and provide guidance and support to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
- Implement and maintain CRM system to organize client data and improve client communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate real estate transactions, including documentation, scheduling, and communication with clients, agents, and vendors.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Real estate license preferred.
- 1 3 years of service and management experience.
- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Financial management skills.
