Dips Kitchen is a new innovative fast-casual concept. We are a first of its kind eatery that’s turning dips into meals all of which are made from scratch and highlight local ingredients.

We are looking for new members of our team to help lead the charge at our newest venture! Help us grow a team of talented individuals & help customers dip, baby, dip.

What You’ll Do :

These responsibilities highlight some of the key functions a Supervisor will perform. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary :

• Trains, coaches, and guides team members ensuring that all communication, and procedural tools are being used and followed in a continuous effort to achieve operational excellence
• Manages the team's appearance and performance and recommends that corrective action be taken when appropriate
• Leads and / or performs the opening and closing procedures
• Identifies operations opportunities and improvements
• Interact with customers and deal with complaints
• Manage third party orders
• Oversee deliveries and restocking
• Ensure that food safety and security standards are met and adhered to consistently
• Perform food and beverage service
• Ensure that the team maintains clean and organized areas

What You’ve Got :

• Food Sanitation & Safety Knowledge
• Good Communication Skills
• Food Service Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Fast Casual Restaurant Experience is a plus

Compensation :

• $17 - $20 / hr + tips (estimated $25+ per hour)
• PTO accrual
• Free shift meal
• Paid parking at location

Full-time + Part-time both available
