Job Description

Manages a portfolio to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the achievement of benchmark standards and individual performance objectives, while minimizing credit risk exposure.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Business development and retention
  • Credit analysis
  • Loan structure design
  • Risk management
  • Community involvement and ensuring the assigned portfolio is in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifies and initiates new client opportunities as well as identifying and researching opportunities to build and develop new and existing client relationships.
  • Actively cross sells appropriate banking products to new and existing customers and refers clients to other banking areas for additional needs.
  • Provides loans and financial services for businesses that have annual revenue from $3M to $20M.
  • Typically manages a loan portfolio over $30M.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in the credit administration and lending functions
  • Background in commercial business operations and commercial real estate
  • Experience with business development activities
  • Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies and foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience & 7-8 years' experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Sales Experience
