Job Description
Manages a portfolio to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the achievement of benchmark standards and individual performance objectives, while minimizing credit risk exposure.
Key responsibilities include :
- Business development and retention
- Credit analysis
- Loan structure design
- Risk management
- Community involvement and ensuring the assigned portfolio is in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identifies and initiates new client opportunities as well as identifying and researching opportunities to build and develop new and existing client relationships.
- Actively cross sells appropriate banking products to new and existing customers and refers clients to other banking areas for additional needs.
- Provides loans and financial services for businesses that have annual revenue from $3M to $20M.
- Typically manages a loan portfolio over $30M.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the credit administration and lending functions
- Background in commercial business operations and commercial real estate
- Experience with business development activities
- Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience & 7-8 years' experience
