Bonus points if you have experience working in a self-perform environment and are familiar with alternative delivery methods .

What You'll Be Doing :
You’ll be the go-to person for supporting the execution of heavy highway and civil projects . From pre-construction planning to cost control and scheduling, you’ll be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll handle :
- Assist in managing teams and subcontractors.
- Provide support in cost control, scheduling, and P&L responsibilities.
- Conduct risk analysis, maintain safety standards, and oversee project execution.
What We're Looking For :
- 3+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in self-perform environments mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and structures.
- DOT Construction Management experience is a big plus.
- Familiarity with CPM scheduling in Primavera P6 ? Even better.
