Description and Requirements

The Business Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and utilization of our Global Business Tools across various product and business segments within Lenovo North America.

This position involves ensuring compliance with data input requirements, aligning with business expectations, and maintaining data integrity.

Additionally, the role will encompass gathering and analyzing key market intelligence to provide actionable insights for sales, product development, business strategies, and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Tool Adoption and Utilization :

Ensure all product and business segments effectively adopt and utilize the Global Business Tools.

Monitor and manage the data inputs to the tool, ensuring timely and accurate submissions from each function.

Work closely with each function to align data inputs with business expectations and address any gaps or issues.

Market Intelligence :

Own and manage key market intelligence initiatives by leveraging various market intelligence reports and resources.

Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to provide insights to sales, product teams, business units, and marketing departments.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.·

6+ years of experience in business analysis or data management.

Desired Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Ability to communicate complex information effectively to various stakeholders.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and market research methodologies.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Applications

Proven experience with market intelligence and analytics.

Knowledge of the Consumer PC market

Ability to understand / interpret financial data
