We are looking for a highly motivated bilingual transactional lawyer to join our team.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a talented and experienced transactional lawyer who is fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional law and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A dual law license (US and Mexico) is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, real estate, and cross-border matters.
- Conduct due diligence for business transactions and manage legal risks.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and other legal professionals to develop tailored legal solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations in both the US and Mexico.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution.
- Licensed to practice law in the United States (Texas). Dual license in both the US and Mexico is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in transactional law.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate structuring, real estate, and cross-border transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
