Job Description

Maintain the buildings and campus so they visually appear and function in a quality manner
Complete all work in a timely manner according to the clients' requirements

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess :

Strong construction and building skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent
At least five years related experience in electrical field
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PAare encouraged to apply.
