The Lumen Internship

Lumen offers a fully immersive, 10-week summer internship program. Our interns demonstrate curiosity, innovation, and a passion for advancing technology.

Program dates : May 30 August 8, 2025.

Work Location : This position is fully remote / work from home.

The Main Responsibilities

Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate’s commitment of the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.

Required qualifications :

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship
• Graduating August 2025 May 2027
• Intern must be able to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (May 30 August 8, 2025)

Proficiency and understanding of :

• Some exposure to Vue.js (including Vue Router and Vuex) for frontend development
• Node.js and backend frameworks like Express.js for building APIs
• HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Git and version control systems

Preferred qualifications :

• Eager to learn : Willingness to expand knowledge, take feedback, and improve
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation :

Internship compensation ranges depends on each individual's level of education, geographic location, and experience / qualifications aligned to the role.

Hourly Based Pay Range :

The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.

Min : $26.00 / hour

Max : $43.00 / hour

Work Authorization : US work authorization required for role.
