Our client, a truly global law firm is looking to hire a senior associate or counsel into its market-leading M&A and securities team in Silicon Valley.
You will have experience in acquisitions of both publicly traded and privately held companies. You should be familiar with structuring M&A transactions, with the application of federal securities laws to M&A transactions and with Delaware jurisprudence relating to directors’ responsibilities in the M&A area.
Experience working with public tech companies is also desirable.

Though there is a hours billable target, you can include up to pro bono hours as well as 50 hours of DE&I initiatives in this.
