Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for AT&T customers, managing all aspects of the client relationship.
- Oversee and coordinate marketing and sales initiatives to ensure alignment with client’s goals and expectations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to contract signing and post-sale support, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to advise on necessary strategic adjustments.
- Provide detailed reports and analysis to both senior management and the client to demonstrate effective campaign progress and areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to integrate marketing strategies with broader company objectives.
- Assist in training and supporting junior staff and new team members.
- Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and management of sales personnel.
- Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mus have a valid driver’s license as local travel may be required.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive 7-year background check.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle complex client portfolios and maintain strong client relationships.
