We are currently hiring for a Residential Site Supervisor , to work within our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency .
As a Residential Site Supervisor , you would be responsible for :
- The overall day-to-day operations of the Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA)
- Working in tandem with an individual’s support team; including family, CCDS Nursing, administration, and clinical staff to provide well rounded, person-centered supports
Residential Site Supervisor Minimum Salary : $21.50 / hour
Residential Site Supervisor Maximum Salary : $21.50 / hour
Residential Site Supervisor Schedule : Full-time
We offer a $1.50 / hour differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday
Qualifications :
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
- High School diploma / GED is required : higher education is preferred
- Two years of experience providing excellent care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting
