We currently have shifts that range from 4-8 hours. Shifts are during the week and on weekends. We do a great job maintaining our current clients needs and care while taking on new cases! We have a lot of opportunities to learn and grow within our agency.
Most of our clients are in the San Jose, Saratoga and Campbell Areas but we service Santa Clara county and have a couple clients in the Morgan Hill / Gilroy areas.

Job Description :
- Provide routine individualized care to seniors or persons with disabilities.
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Assist with non-medical daily activities which include : companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, personal care, dementia, etc.
- A lot of our clients need help with bathing / dressing, transfers / lifting and incontinence / toileting care.
- Drive clients for errands and doctors appointments.
- Asist with transfers, standby assist and safety supervision.
- Be on call as a Caregiver

Requirements :
- HCA registration / live scan clearance. In order to legally hire we need both with clearance status.
- TB test & Covid Vaccination
- At least 2 years of professional caregiving with a home care agency or facility.
- SSN & DL / State ID
