This role will serve as the Consumer & Business Intelligence lead for the Global Baby Care commercial team to be located in Skillman, NJ.

Reports to : CBI Baby Care Director
Location : Skillman, NJ (Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Pay : $88,000.00 - $124,000.00
What will you do
This role will serve as the Consumer & Business Intelligence lead for the Global Aveeno Baby brand as well as the global practice area leader for Baby HCP activation .
You will work closely with the commercial cross-functional team to deliver :
- Strategic Input : Ensure business strategies are built around the consumer and deep understanding of their behaviors and system 1 / system 2 drivers.
- Scale & Innovation : Shape & quantify opportunities for Aveeno Baby’s value proposition (e.g., #1 in sensitive skin) in more markets across the globe.
Identify & strengthen drivers of brand momentum in top markets
- Competitive Intelligence : Provide Outside-In’ visibility to relevant consumer trends, brand activations, and levels of category development across the globe.
- Market Research : Lead market research initiatives to understand competitive landscape, market trends, and consumer needs using an appropriate blend of quant, qual, & advanced techniques,
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with R&D, marketing, and commercial teams to align analytics efforts with business goals and drive product innovation.
- Outside-In’ Performance Tracking : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Stakeholder Communication : Present insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders through effective storytelling and data visualization.
- Stay Informed : capture & share industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements
- Think big : Identify opportunities for sustainable business growth that builds the brand as well as the value of Kenvue’s overall Baby Care portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis : Oversee the extraction, management, and analysis of data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting and Visualization : Generate detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and actionable insights to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Communication : Present insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders through effective storytelling and data visualization.
- Shape HCP : Partner closely with HCP Growth Team to build sustainable programs for engagement & growth with HCPs, hospitals, and other strategic professional partnerships.
- Integrate knowledge from multiple sources and create meaningful interpretations & recommendations that address business OKR
- Interpret research learning into actionable steps, ensure alignment with key business partners, and drive measurable business impact.
