We are looking for patient service oriented professionals to provide support and interface with regards to billing & collection matters.
As an dental biller, you will be tasked with managing patient billing and collection arrangements. This role is essential for improving delinquency of account balances.
Duties will include :
- Managing account balances for multiple locations & departments
- Taking charge of all collection efforts to decrease monthly AR
- Auditing accounts to ensure proper balances are forwarded to patients
- Gathering proper documentation for collection agency
- Preparing weekly & monthly reports
Requirements :
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bi-Lingual, a plus Employment Type :
