Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual
Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines.
These roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement.
Breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, projects, or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.
or the company at the higher levels. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact.

- Be responsible for cross-functional business processes and policies with significant impact to the company or practice.
- Identify, coordinate and implement cross functional opportunities for continuous improvement
- Identify, prioritize and improve business systems for program, practice and corporate purposes in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders
- Support the West Region Operations team and region by building process flows in collaboration with program teams to help identify gaps and solutions.
This includes gathering and documenting requirements for program teams and IT, supporting program teams and IT by testing for system development and enhancements, creating detailed process documentation, creating and enhancing PBI dashboards, data cleanup and providing training to program teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency for the region.
- Support budget management for a significant process or initiative at the practice or company level.
- Support management of a portfolio of projects at the practice or company level.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have
- 10+ years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Technical skills preferred : Salesforce admin, Excel, API interfaces, PBI (complex data modeling), writing scripts, PowerApps, Visio, JAVA, SQL or similar
- Other skills : Adaptable, able to work independently and collaboratively, inquisitive, active listener, transparent and communicative, driven with a growth mindset, systems thinker yet detail oriented

Target Salary Range : $74,000 - $92,500 / Annually
