Are you passionate about commercial insurance and keen on building strong relationships with clients? We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team.

As a permanent member of our team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, delivering exceptional customer service and implementing effective risk management strategies.

Your role will involve policy analysis, policy renewal, and the creation of proposals, certificates, and endorsements. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients, from the initial proposal to the renewal of their policies.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.

2. Perform detailed policy analysis to ensure clients' coverage is adequate and competitive.

3. Facilitate the policy renewal process, communicating with clients to ensure a smooth transition.

4. Develop and present proposals, certificates, and endorsements to clients and stakeholders.

5. Provide top-notch customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies.

7. Implement effective risk management strategies to protect both the company and the client.

8. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and products to provide informed advice to clients.

9. Handle casualty and property insurance matters with proficiency and diligence.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in account management, customer service, risk management, policy analysis, and policy renewal.

2. Proven track record of managing renewals, proposals, certificates, endorsements, casualty, and property insurance.

3. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to clients.

6. Proficiency in using insurance software and digital tools.

7. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

8. An active Property and Casulty license

9. A deep understanding of the commercial insurance market and regulatory environment.
