A company is looking for a Senior Director, Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of benefits administration and compliance, including retirement and wellness programs
Design compensation and benefits policies, create multi-year strategies, and make data-informed recommendations
Manage analysis, reporting, and compliance with state and federal regulations related to employee benefits and compensation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR or a business-related field; master's degree strongly preferred
12+ years of HR-related experience with 5+ years in a strategic and supervisory role
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designations strongly preferred
Experience in higher education preferred
