Key Responsibilities : Oversee global payroll management and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and deductionsManage benefits administration across multiple countries and lead employee benefits communicationAdminister a global total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits aligned with organizational goalsRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a related field or 7-10 years of applicable experience in total rewards, compensation, or HR operationsExperience with payroll practices in a multi-state setupStrong understanding of benefits principles and regulationsProficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systemExperience in or affinity for arts and culture is preferred
