About The Position
Position : RN Certified Wound Care Nurse
Location : Fort Defiance, AZ 86504
Shift : Monday through Fridays, 8 am to 5pm (No Holidays or Weekends)
Duration : 13 Weeks with possible extensions
Start Date : 11 / 04 / 2024
Bed Size : 50-149
EMR Used : RPMS
Duties :
Ability to assess, plan and implement care to patients with ostomies, draining wounds, fistulas, pressure ulcers, acute and / or chronic wounds by providing comprehensive care and teaching to patients and their families / significant others regarding the evaluation, selection, and recommendation of supplies and equipment in order to provide optimal wound and ostomy care.

Job Requirements
- 3 years of Wound Care RN experience
- BLS, ACLS (preferred)
- Wound Care Certification
- Compact or AZ state RN license
