Finance Assistant
Children's Therapy Place, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our Boise team.

Children's Therapy Place is the only full-service outpatient pediatric therapy clinic in the Treasure Valley. Our clinics provide speech and language services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health counseling, and behavioral and developmental support through our developmental disabilities agency.

Responsibilities :
- Create reports to generate employee paychecks and ensure accurate payment processing.
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, auditing and entering accurate data.
- Update Payroll records by entering necessary changes.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies by analyzing and gathering necessary information.
- Answer payroll-related questions, follow company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of all employee and financial information.
- Manage client collections by making phone calls, sending emails, and using text messages through the company’s EMR system.
Collaborate with reception staff to update client information and handle invoicing and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Reconcile daily credit card transaction reports.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Record system (EMR) to assist in processing Insurance Remittances.
- Utilize an Electronic Medical Record system (EMR) to process billing, payroll, and receivables.
- Maintain accurate historical billing records, and file documents as needed.

What you’ll bring :
- Some experience in finance or healthcare administration is preferred, but we are willing to provide training.
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent minimum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, or similar financial systems.
- Project a positive and professional image at all times.
- Must pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : $15 - $18 DOE
