We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior BCBA to join our Durham, NC clinic. This leadership role blends clinical expertise, mentorship, and program development in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Position Highlights

• Schedule : Full-time, clinic-based (Monday–Friday, flexible hours available)
• Reports To : Clinical Director
• Compensation : $110,000 – $130,000 annually (base + production bonus potential)
• Licensure : Active BCBA certification and NC LBA (or willingness to obtain)

Requirements

Active BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience (required) Experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong leadership, communication, and observational skills Analytical, data-driven approach paired with empathy and collaboration Commitment to ethical care, HIPAA compliance, and cultural competence
